Services & Packages

Any fee covers time for aspects of designing, planning and arranging the wedding, at all times placing emphasis on our high levels of service and professionalism. We do not accept commissions from suppliers/vendors are not accepted thus enabling negotiation on costs. As a result, in many cases this can cover most, if not all of any charge.

Supplier & Venue Sourcing - for those that want to have the latest in wedding trends and help in finding the most reputable service providers.

Wedding Gown Sourcing - We will plan a whole day dedicated to finding your dream dress. We will make appointments with appropriate bridal stores, arrange lunch, refreshments and transportation.

Invitation & RSVP Management - A service that is perfect for couples who want to entrust the management of the invitation and reply process to a highly organised professional.

Guest Management - we take care of everything 'guest' related. We act as a concierge service for you and your guests to take full advantage of. This includes: Arranging guest accommodation, transport for guests and gift lists.

Venue Design & Decoration - We work with you to identify a design theme that is personal and unique to you and your celebration. We’ll produce colour schemes and design boards, search for the perfect accessories and if necessary decorate your venue.

On the Day Management - As your wedding quickly approaches we can offer you last minute coordination of your wedding plus attendance on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. (Starts from 6 weeks prior to wedding day)

Partial Design & Management - Our part plan service can help you in the final stages of your wedding planning when the preparations can become overwhelming or too time consuming.

Full Design & Management (Bespoke Package) – Designed specifically for couples who require the ultimate planning and co-ordination service.
